Field RF Service Technician

Requirements: 2 years experience, Proficient Computer Skills , Microsoft Office.

Electronics Engineering or vocational school certification.

Completion of CET (Certified Electronics Technician) certification with 6 months

of hire. RF knowledge is preferred. Basic understanding of Motorola Smart Net and

Smart Zone Trunking and ASTRO systems.

Ability to create and modify Motorola Smart Zone Trunking and conventional

templates along with extensive CPS (Customer Programming Software) knowledge.

Able to adapt to changing climate and work in the outdoors within various types of

public safety vehicles and facilities.Clean driving record. Flexible schedule due to

public safety schedule shifts. Salary negotiable commensurate with experience.

Field Installation Technician

Qualifications: Install two way mobile radio, multiple control

heads, mobile data systems, emergency lighting to include

strobes, light bars. MECP certified.

Information Technology Field Technician

Requirements: 2 years experience, Proficient Computer Skills - A+ Certified,

Microsoft Office. Electronics Engineering or vocational school

certification. Completion of CET (Certified Electronics Technician)

certification with 6 months of hire. RF knowledge is preferred.

Job Description: Design, configure, install and maintain a broad

array of public and private wired and wireless networks. Ideal

candidate shall be able to work in the field within customer’s

locations as well as inside office as required. Familiar with

Motorola Canopy, point to point (PTP) and point to multi-point

(PTMP) along with MESH systems. Motorola Wireless Field

Engineer (MWFE) and Motorola Wireless Systems Engineer (MWSE)

certifications preferred. Familiar with Motorola R56 standards,

certification preferred. Able to work on a wide array of firewall and

security applications. Wireless mobile data (mobile notebooks / laptops)

applications for public safety customers. Effective interpersonal

skills and relationship building skills; Strong written and oral

communication skills; ability to present ideas in user-friendly language;

Understanding of the organizations’ goals and objectives;

Self motivated and direction; Keen attention to detail;

Analytical and problem solving abilities; Ability to effectively prioritize

Information Technology Help Desk Technician

Requirements: College diploma or university degree in the field of

computer science and/ or 2 years equivilent work experience.

Certifications: A+, Net+ and Server+ is recommended; if not currently

held, completion of A+ certification is required within 6 months of hire

date. Knowledge and Experience: Excellent technical knowledge of

network and PC hardware, including: Hands on hardware troubleshooting

experience and extensive equipment support experience. Working

technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems and

standards. Ability to operate tools, components and peripheral accessories.

Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation

and OEM guides. Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products

as required.
